Earl started his career in advertising with a Wall Street Journal property and went on to eight years in senior management at Martin Williams Advertising in Minneapolis. He was a founding partner at Lynch Jarvis Jones, one of the first agencies built on the principles of account planning. In 1993, he started what was to become Plannerzone, a research firm that provides clients with important insights that inform their creative and strategic process. Earl has a BA in English and Philosophy from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in Marketing from the Carlson School of Management.
Based in Philadelphia, Victoria is Plannerzone's logistics aficionado and poster-child for the Millennial Generation. As a wedding photographer, acapella singer, world traveler, baker, and food blogger, she's comfortable doing it all, and often does at Plannerzone! She loves watching the puzzle pieces fit together during a project to help uncover insights that will make an impact on business and get the consumers' voice heard. Victoria has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Temple University, and is currently working on getting her UX certification. She also brings with her 3 years experience in wine and spirit sales.
Kat is a curious soul and lover of people. As a part of the Plannerzone team based out of NY state, Kat brings a diverse background including work as a documentary filmmaker, consulting for an AIDS community center in Mozambique, and developing communications at the United Nations. She was a Strategic Planner with Saatchi & Saatchi for five years in Hong Kong and New York, covering the Asian market, and working on global campaigns for P&G. Additionally, she has worked with Facebook, Nike, and Coca Cola, as well as numerous tech and socially conscious start-ups. She enjoys exploring the territory where user experience intersects with depths of human decision making.
Gail has worked in advertising/marketing as a project manager and producer for over 30 years. Working in-house for national agencies such as Fallon Worldwide and Crispin Porter + Bogusky, as well as regional ad agencies in both Minneapolis and Denver, she has managed a variety of projects from pro-bono campaigns with no budget to multi-million dollar campaigns. Gail is Plannerzone's head of quality assurance and project management.
David Levy has conceived, written and directed high-profile campaigns for iconic brands (Apple, Sprite, Saturn cars, Motorola phones, IBM) in print, video, and digital media—with special interest (and long experience) in the marriage of media and content on the Internet. As a creative leader, he’s mentored and rallied teams with diverse artistic and technical skills, while collaborating with strategists, nurturing client relationships, and juggling budgets—both at big agencies (Ogilvy, Riney, FCB) and his own small shops (Thirsty Eye, OneCelledAnimal). Recently, he masterminded a viral video and social media campaign that goosed sales and revitalized the brand image of Rit Dye, transforming a 60s relic into a relevant creative tool for a new generation of do-it-yourselfers. Along the way, he’s received top honors from a hash of creative competitions (Grand Clio, Cannes Grand Prix CyberLion, Grand Prize/London International, One Show Gold, Andy Award).
